Q: Is my personal information
protected with
your company?
A: Any personal information that you
provide to
any of our businesses are privacy protected. Your
information will
never be shared or sold to anyone!
Q:
How
much
does
CashClubInternational
Cost?
A: The cost involved is $11 (plus
$0.88 to cover
the payment processor fees). This is a monthly fee to
maintain your
advertising benefits and each monthly $11 payment
entitles you to an
additional position placed in your own matrix. All
positions purchased
are yours forever, the monthly fee is not needed to
maintain those
positions!
If you do not wish to set up a subscription via Alertpay
then there is
an additional cost of $1 to cover administrative costs
to manually
verify payments to accounts.
Q:
Can
I
Join
for
Free?
A: You can join for free and unlike
most programs
you can earn CASH as a Free Member! You can earn Fast
Start Referral
Bonuses along with Matching Cycle Bonuses, but the
largest amount of
cash to be earned at CCI is from participating in the
matrix structure.
As a Free Member you are only allowed one Cash
Withdrawal before you
need to upgrade your account, which can be done directly
from your Cash
Balance.
Q:
What
types
of
payment processors do you take?
A: Currently we take Alertpay,
Liberty Reserve (Revision: As of April 29, 2012, we no longer accept Liberty Reserve due to their lack of support and certain policies in effect)
and SolidTrustPay. You can also upgrade from your
available account
balance.
If you want to use your credit card, you can do so
though Alertpay or
SolidTrustPay. (review the FAQ's below for full details)

What
do
I
get for my $11?
A: For your $11 you get 1000 Text Ad
Impressions,
1000 Side Banner Impressions and 1000 Banner
Impressions.
These ads are shown here on the various pages of CCI,
along with other
locations in our M2I network of sites.
You are also entitled to our host of marketing resources
and enabled to
earn cash through the multiple income steams offered at
CCI.
Q:
What
is
the
monthly cost to continue in CashClubInternational?
A: While each position your purchase
for $11 is
yours forever, there are monthly fees with
CashClubInternational.com.
At CCI, we do not want to just earn once, but have long
term monthly
residual earning. Not only do you get additional earning
centers each
month, these centers are placed into your own downline
and this
continually helps to push positions through the Clubs of
CCI. You can
discontinue your subscription at any time and any
positions purchased
are yours to keep, though the monthly advertising will
be discontinued.
Q:
What
is
your
policy on issuing refunds?
A: If you are not satisfied with the
CCI program,
you can receive a full refund by submitting a support
ticket within 48
hours of your initial purchase. The refund will be to
the original
ecurrency account you purchased with.
If you have used any of the provided product then you
have accepted the
terms of CCI and no refund will be issued.
Q:
How
quickly
to
you pay?
A: CCI will pay you your cycling
payments within
72 hours of you requesting payment. As soon as you have
$5 in your
account you can request the withdrawal from the
Withdrawal page in your
members area.
Q:
Am
I
allowed
to purchase multiple positions?
A: For Sure! We actually recommend
it if you can
afford it. If you buy 2 additional positions then you
will cycle
without any outside referrals! You can do this from your
members area
in the same way as your first purchase, so that all of
your positions
can be managed from the same member area.
Q:
Where do my additional positions fall in the matrix?
A: Your initial purchased position,
along with
any related positions (from cycles/re-entries) always
fall into your
sponsor's matrix - in the first available spot. Any
additional
positions you purchase (in any club) are treated as if
you are the
sponsor (as if you signed up for another account using
your referral
link) and they are placed in the first available
position in your
matrix structure.
Q:
Am
I
allowed to signup under more than one sponsor?
A: Yes you can. There are no limits
to the number
of accounts you have. For each account you would need a
unique username
and email address.
Q:
Can
I
buy
into a higher Club?
A: At this time you cannot, unless
you have
already reached that level. We considered this but
thought it would be
more fair to all members to limit this. You can buy
multiple positions
under your first one and can automatically be entered
into higher
levels this way. (For example buy 2 additional positions
under your
first and get placed into Club 2!). Once you have
reached any Club
level though, you can purchase additional positions into
that Club -
for example if you have cycled to Club 3, you can
purchase additional
positions into Club 3 from your members area.
Q:
Where
do
my
monthly re-entries go and who is the referrer?
A: Your monthly re-entries goes into
the first
available spot of your matrix, but the sponsor bonus
still belongs to
your original referrer. See below for details about
additional
purchased positions.

Where
do my additional position purchases after the first one
go and who is
the referrer?
A: Your additional purchases go into
the first
available spot of your matrix, and your main position is
the sponsor.

Q: Do you have a
Pay-It-Forward option?
A: We do. In your members area you
will be able
to see your team down two referral levels (your direct
referrals and
their direct referrals). You can choose to
Pay-It-Forward for any Free
Members in your Team View by clicking on the PIF link
and proceeding
with the payment.
Q:
What
if
I
do not want to participate in your affiliate program?
A: That is no problem at all. Our
main focus is
providing valuable advertising for a fair price. The
affiliate program
is just a bonus to help grow our business and those of
our Advertising
Partners.
Q:
How
Can
I
Use My Credit Card to Upgrade via Alertpay? (currently
unavailable due to issues at Alertpay)
A: 1) On the Purchase Position(s)
page select
Alertpay in the drop down menu for Payment Mode and
click Purchase.
2) The next page will display an Alertpay button - click
that button.
3) The 3rd party processor, Alertpay, website will
appear with the
purchase details at the top. Near the bottom left you
will see this:
"Don't have an AlertPay account?". Just below that will
be a link which
says: "Click here to use your Credit Card". Click that
link.
4) On the left will be a form to enter your details -
name, address,
credit card information, etc. Fill that information in
and click
Continue button.
5) Follow the instructions from the credit card
processor site,
Alertpay, and you will be all setup!!
To use SolidTrustPay's credit card function, you need to
fund your STP
account with the credit card first and then purchase at
CCI (see STP
website for details on funding with a credit card)
Q:
How
Can
I
Use My Credit Card to Upgrade via SolidTrustPay?
A: 1) Currently you need to fund
your SolidTrustPay account via your credit card first -

2) Signup and/or login to STP -

3) Add your Credit Card under MY BANKS AND CARDS
4) Submit the authorization form for the card you
recently added (this link is also in MY BANKS AND CARDS:

5) Again go to MY BANKS AND CARDS - Add/View
Debit/Credit Cards. On the far right of the screen
select Edit/Update. Then Select the check box beside
Form Sent.
6) Now you can deposit to STP using that card.
7) Go to MY MONEY >> DEPOSIT MONEY >> select
the CREDIT/DEBIT OPTION. Once you make a minimum deposit
of $5 your card will become verified. (of course you
need to fund with at least $12 for CCI)
8) Once those funds are available to you, then you can
upgrade here at CCI! (these instructions are directly
from STP)
Q:
What
is
the
affiliate structure? Is there spillover possible?
A: The entire affiliate structure is
a series of
5
small cycling matrices, with increasing numbers of
downline positions at each
club. The last cycler leads to a 2x10 forced matrix.
Each member can
have a maximum of 2 members directly under them in Club
1. All other members fall
below so there is a possibility of spillover, but should
not be
expected or waited for. See the Program Details page for
a full explanation.
Q:
How
do
I
fill my higher levels like Club 2 or Club 3, etc, if
people
cannot buy into those levels?
A: Those levels are filled when
someone you
referred or someone in your downline cycles from a lower
Club. So when
they cycle, they move up into your downline in the
higher Club. IT IS
VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU HELP YOUR DOWNLINE CYCLE
AS WELL. You can do this by continuing to Promote YOUR
Link after you
have gotten your first 2 and also by promoting the links
of your direct
referrals. You can
see all of your matrix
details and positions in your Matrix Positions page. You
can see who is
in your downline by clicking on the number in the Level
columns of the
Clubs.
Q:
I
just
paid
for the upgrade on my account. Why does it not show
in my
members area?
A: Upgrades are only automatically
performed if
you have used the Alertpay Subscription option. All
others are
performed manually because of STP's unreliable
subscription signal and
the lack of LR's subscription option. The manual
upgrades are always
done within 24 hours but normally quicker. If yours has
been MORE than
24 hours please contact us using the Contact Us link.
Perhaps we have
been unable to match the payment with the correct
account - this
sometimes happens with LibertyReserve or if emails or
names do not
match from payment processors to your account here at
CCI.
